What is Included
Auction Format and House/Platform Selection
Live or online auction format depending on the condition of the car, its value, expected reserve price and seller’s preference.
Choice of which house/platform makes the most sense for the best result.
Vehicle Preparation
Making sure the vehicle had all of its documentation in order and is perfectly put together and detailed to be under its best light for the auction.
Photography and Marketing
We set up professional photography for the car/motorcycle so it is best represented if offered through online an auction platform.
If offered through live auction, the auction house is usually responsible for photography and marketing. We negotiate the auction house fees and coordinate any marketing needs.
Sale Day / Week Representation
Full representation in front of prospective buyers (live or online), answering questions and appointment inquiries. Post-Sale negotiation as well if needed.

Public online offerings usually come with a mountain of questions and comments. We’ll take that off your plate so you can just sit back, relax, and watch the results roll in.
Flat Fee, Not a Percentage
Traditional brokers take a cut of the hammer price. We charge a flat advisory fee, which means our guidance on reserve strategy and timing is genuinely objective. We have no incentive to push you into a sale that isn't right.
Market Timing Expertise
Knowing when to sell matters as much as where. We track auction results across all major houses and can advise on whether to consign now, wait for a stronger sale, or consider a different channel entirely. Sometimes the best advice is not to auction at all.
